1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from GoGastro and to every distance contract concluded between GoGastro and the consumer.
2. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions is made available to the consumer.
3. By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
2. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind GoGastro.
3. All products are intended as food products and are delivered as described in the webshop.

1. The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and places the order via the webshop.
2. GoGastro confirms the order by email.
3. GoGastro may refuse an order or impose additional conditions, for example in the event of payment problems or suspected abuse.

1. All prices are listed in euros, including VAT.
2. Shipping costs are listed separately before finalizing the order.
3. GoGastro reserves the right to change prices, but this does not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

1. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
2. The consumer is obliged to report inaccuracies in payment details immediately.
3. In the event of late payment, GoGastro reserves the right to terminate the agreement.

1. GoGastro will exercise the greatest possible care when fulfilling orders.
2. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
3. Stated delivery times are indicative and not binding deadlines.

1. The consumer has the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.
2. The withdrawal period starts on the day after receipt of the product.
   Exceptions (food products)

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken
• Perishable or rapidly deteriorating products

This is in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.

1. The consumer reports withdrawal within the period via e-mail: [email address].
2. After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days.
3. The consumer bears the direct costs of return shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
4. GoGastro will reimburse all payments received including standard shipping costs within 14 days after cancellation, provided that the product has been returned or has been demonstrably shipped.

1. GoGastro is solely liable for direct damage resulting from an attributable failure.
2. Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
3. GoGastro is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.
4. This limitation does not apply if the damage was caused by intent or gross negligence.

1. GoGastro guarantees that products comply with the agreement and the reasonable expectations of the consumer (conformity under Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code).
2. If a product does not meet the agreement, GoGastro will provide replacement or refund.

1. Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described within a reasonable time via [email address].
2. GoGastro will respond within 14 days with a substantive response or proposal for a solution.

1. All intellectual property rights relating to the website, texts, recipes, branding and images belong to GoGastro.
2. It is not permitted to copy or use content commercially without written permission.

1. GoGastro processes personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (AVG / GDPR).
2. For more information, please refer to the privacy statement on the website.

1. Dutch law applies to all agreements.
2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

If a provision in these conditions proves to be void or voidable, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
